Some test equipment that I want to build

These are a few of the test gear that I want to build up over a course of time.

A QRP Dummy load. I just got 20x 1kΩ/1Watt resistors last weekend. Soldering them in parallel should give me a 50Ω/20W dummy load.
A Crystal tester. A nice side effect of having this is to use it as a very very low power RF emitting device that can be used to test whether mixers work etc..
Frequency Counter.
AADE compatible LC meter.
A miniVNA or a noise bridge.
Grid Dip oscillator.

There are a few other equipment that I would like to have like an Oscilloscope. But I can't justify buying them at my current level of homebrew activity. May be after some months...
